Happy Spring!

After a fantastic holiday season and a nice break, we started back at the Nolita Market earlier this month. I am so ready for warm weather here in New York, I can almost taste it! It is always a welcome site to see buds on the trees and spring flowers everywhere.

In February, I made my first visit to Thailand. I will definitely be going back. It is an incredible country and culture, and I was able to relax after the grueling holiday season. And I feel more inspired than ever for 2013. I look forward to sharing new designs with you throughout the year, thanks to my great experience in Thailand.

I am also excited about the Spring Market Season! I was invited to participate in the Independent Designer Pop Shop at Chelsea Market.  ID Pop Shop is a collection of fashion, accessories and decor designers from New York City. I am looking forward to being a part of their event on April 22-28, 2013.

Shaya NYC will also be participating in the Spring Crafts on Columbus, one of New York's longest running outdoor craft shows. I have participated in this event for many years, and it is always great to see my customers who come visit me every spring and fall out on Columbus Avenue. We will be there for all three weekends of the show: April 27/28,  May 4/5 and May 11/12, 2013.
